Meet the Staff
Vicki – Financial and Insurance Coordinator
I handle all the insurance and billing for the Orland Park and New Lenox offices. I work with patients and together we decide on a payment arrangement that will allow them to get treatment for procedures that they may not have thought they could afford otherwise. We all believe that a beautiful smile is a wonderful investment for people of all ages, and I truly enjoy being able to help people be proud to show off their smile.
Tori – Records Technician
I help to process our patients’ X-rays and photographs so Dr. Prince can make the best decisions regarding patient treatment. The time I interact with patients is very limited since my job is more behind the scenes than other employees. However, when I do interact with patients I talk about my own experiences under an orthodontic treatment, how I succeeded, and how much I love to show off my smile! My favorite part of my job is witnessing the impressive change patients have, both physically and psychologically, when they undergo any orthodontic treatment. Shy patients talk and smile and they become a whole new person!
Tony – Marketing Coordinator
I coordinate Dr. Prince’s marketing events, along with his meetings with other dentists and patients. I love working with our patients and their families and getting to know them. We see patients of all ages, so it’s rewarding to see confidence grow as patients’ smiles improve. Dr. Prince is a gifted orthodontist who truly cares about the wellbeing of each patient, as well as his staff.
Terri – Scheduling Coordinator
I have been taking care of our patients’ schedules for our Orland Park and New Lenox offices since 2007. I am truly a people person, and I love getting to know our patients and building relationships with them. The best part of my job is watching our patients’ confidence improve along with their new beautiful smiles at the end of their treatment.
Star – Orthodontic Chairside Technician
I started my career in the dental field with Dr. Prince just after graduating from high school. I work with Dr. Prince during each patient's appointment. I also help market our practice by going to meet with dentists and other events to inform them about our office and orthodontics. I truly enjoy the challenge of working with patients that have dental and orthodontic issues since treatment can be a life changing experience. Everyday, I feel that I'm helping make a positve impact on our patients' lives and I love seeing their smiles after they complete treatment!
Rafael – Orthodontic Chairside Technician
I have worked with Dr. Prince for over 15 years, helping him during appointments when patients first get their braces and with adjustment appointments. I love seeing our patients transform into positive, happy people who love their smiles and are proud to show them off. It is great to get to know each patient personally, and I feel like many of them have become more than just patients. We’re more like a family here!
Lisa – Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator
My duties include new patient consultations, overseeing our patients' treatment, and taking care of all their insurance and billing. I enjoy seeing patients and explaining to them their treatment plans each day. I also work very hard to make sure they can get a great smile while working within their budget and making the most out of their insurance coverage. The friendliness of our office is undeniable and it’s impossible to ever be in a bad mood while working!
